Error in installing Android OS on my desktop

Error in installing Android OS on my desktop

I am trying to install Latest Android OS on my Desktop, here is my desktop hardware details

It is a new desktop, and I want to install only Android OS, so that I can tweak with the Linux terminal of Android OS.
Here's what I have done:
•I took the USB stick
•Downloaded "Image Writer" application
•using Win32DiskImager.exe from Image Writer's directory copied the image on my USB on my laptop.
•I made the USB bootable
•I have enabled the UEFI boot on my new PC and enabled USB boot
•Booted the USB stick.
•While installing, an error was popped up saying, cannot find the file sh: job turned off
I want to know if the Android OS is compatible to this hardware or not, what I need to do to get it running.
